- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 teaspoon salt

- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken thighs and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Check for doneness with a meat thermometer. The internal temperature should reach 165ยฐF.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve with cilantro and lime wedges.
