    I work with customers at my job, and I am proud to have been able to control my emotions with "Karen" customers. Kiddin ! I meant to say rude customers. I have had several that have made me shed some tears but I am glad to have been able to get through these days by not giving up. I am slowly but surely getting better at my job and know that it's better to be patient and behave better than those who are maybe having a bad day. This job has not been easy but it also has led me to overcome my fears with people. I hope this helps others !

    I’m prions of myself for resting more, resting my mind, resting my body, resting my soul. It’s so important to do and I have just been go go go lately and so I hit pause of planning instagram content which felt weird but so glad that I have taken the time to read more and spend time with the Lord 🤍 We often think that we can just keep going without resting…but that is far from the truth we need to rest and spend time with God because he is where we find true rest from! 🙂 Absolutely love your videos!

    I am a high school science teacher and I took my first personal day of the year this past Friday. I acknowledged that my body needed an extra day to get refreshed and rejuvenated and I did just that 😊💕✨ I normally would push myself to the limit, but I am learning that it is ok to take a day for yourself.
