Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the peaches, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toss well and spread evenly in a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the oats, flour, and brown sugar. Add the cold butter and use a pastry cutter or fingers to blend until coarse crumbs form.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peaches. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and bubbly. Cool slightly before serving.
