That’s right folks… making healthy food at home can be cheap, easy, and obviously also beautifully delicious. The real goal here is just using some very basic …
Healthy food is not expensive, that’s what the food industries want you to think. If you guys want to eat healthy avoid low fat or no fat foods cuz fat ain’t the problem, it’s the sugar and carbs. Make sure to eat foods with fiber and avoid juice and soda since juice has as much sugar as soda.
Ketchup is loaded with salt and sugar. Honey is ok in small amounts, 2 tbsp is not something I would recommend on a diet or as a "norm" for anyone. Soy sauce again loaded with salt. Worestershire again loaded with salt and sugar.
I would consider it healthy if you skipped the glaze. I.e. the taste.
Great video, I've been trying out healthier stir-fries lately, and oh my giggly goodness, I don't know why I didn't try them before. I'd love to see some healthier dessert recipes too, since you asked
Hi Joshua. As an Israeli who lives daily on shashuka. You don't really fry onions or peppers or using better. You simply use a LOT of vegetable oil garlic and paprika
protip, don't listen to women giving their "advice" in the comments. There's a reason they've been in the kitchen since forever yet top chefs are men. Bitches don't know hardships, they be drinking starbucks and then claiming they broke giving pro money saving advice lmao.
It’s a great shakshuka recipe – I added extra herbs like dried oregano and more chilli. The trick is to taste the tomato stew before adding the eggs – if it tastes great then the shakshuka will taste great. Also the feta at the end is delicious !

A dollar for 6 eggs… I wish! In Australia 6 eggs is about $2-4 depending on location, brand, and whether they are free range.
Not healthy not easy not cheap. This guy needs to read a dictionary
In general I’d love to see a healthy series that doesn’t skimp on flavor.
