- 4 large Russet potatoes, cut into fries

- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- Chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives)
- Assorted dipping sauces (ketchup, aioli, spicy mayo)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread fries on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Arrange hot fries on a large platter, sprinkle with cheese and bacon, then garnish with herbs.
- Serve immediately with a variety of dipping sauces.
Notes
- For extra flavor, toss fries with garlic powder or paprika before baking.
- Can be prepared ahead and warmed in the oven before serving.
