    Very impressive to do this for science. Reminds me of a cool documentary I saw where a trainer did this so he could relate to his clients more because they said to him that he doesn't understand what it is like.

    MSG doesn't make food processed. Its used in numerous dishes cooked around the world mostly Asian dishes. But what it does is it increases the umami and flavours of any food and thus leading to people overeating. MSG is not a deadly chemical or something like the media shows.

    Forgive those who have harmed you (this will free you from anger) as God forgave you.
    Be baptised fully immersed in water and be baptised in the Holy Spirit (if possible).
    Live pure and stop sinning.
    If you sin unwillfully confess and repent for none of us are perfect except Jesus.

    Be obedient.
    Follow the spiritual laws: 
    Love you neighbour as yourself and love God with all your heart, soul and mind.

    Develop a relationship with God. Walk with him in the cool of the day.

    I looked up “herb only diet for 30 days” and this came up .. if I wanted to know what happens to a person that eats only processed food for 30 days straight, I could go outside n hold a convo with a stranger .. ppl who do this is literally everywhere … womp

    You are hard core, just watching most of what you’ve eating makes me feel ill. I don’t even eat 20% junk everyday- probably 5%. If it’s in a bag, box, can or wrapper, it’s BAD for you. Just eat REAL food.

    I think this is a clip from a longer programme, but I think there are massive implications here for our societies: my children are adults now, but I remember the struggle I had to try and feed them well. Family members giving them chocolate, a culture of eating junk food.

    Ok, I am not exaggerating when I see this, it's only day two of when I am eating completely clean, no processed food, and the hunger level goes down do much, I am full with proper three meals, whereas when I wasn't eating clean I would feel hungry and eat out of boredom very often. Shocking.

    Dr, it isn't "food"…It is an eatable substance. Food has a function, it feeds and satisfies. When you are "fed" you thrive. Start a garden and buy 4 hens for fresh eggs and they can eat your left over vegetables… I'll bet with your weight increase and "man boobs", that you also had lower testosterone, and decreased sperm count. That is the point of these tasty "non-foods". They are engineered to make us sick, fat, unattractive, infertile and uninterested in procreating. My kids were raised on unpackaged foods that are basic, no formula ever! They went from breast to cup and were out of diapers at 18 months because they were not put in disposables. The chemistry is killing us, poisoning us and the planet.

    The only way to beat the monster Obesity crisis is to look at this food as death! It is the Devil's work and MUST be avoided at all costs! It is physically and fiscally killing us! As Humans we pride ourselves on being independent thinkers and original, yet we fall in line and are led by the nose to eat substances that literally kill us! Step[ back and consider what is really going on! Scientists are controlling your actions and you are allowing it! How can anyone live with themselves knowing they allow others to control them? We must associate these fast food establishments as deadly and forbidden! They are not cute, fun or anything remotely good! They are BAD BAD BAD!

    I moved to japan from america a few months ago and my god my view on american food has changed so much. I used to crave food often especially when bored, but now I never feel the need to eat more than 3 meals a day, and my meals are much much smaller than before. Ive lost over 10 kilos just from eating normally over here.

    I don't eat any processed food. The UK eats crap. I have lived overseas for over a decade, and when I return, the amount of obese people eating rubbish is shocking. There should be a fat tax like in Japan today and not tomorrow.

    i feel like being addicted to food is worse than being addicted to drugs because we all need to eat everyday to survive and we are surrounded by so many bad choices of food, so when you want junk food you have to fight that urge everyday and choose to pick the healthier options.

    I am most shocked/impressed/appalled by the visual of the new pathways created in the brain after a four-week exposure to highly processed, hyper-palatable foods. The way you can see paths from the mouth to various centers in the brain gives a poweful insight into how we work, and to how intense–and real–the irresistable, chronic cravings that result are absolutely biologically-based & not just "in our heads" or due merely to some fault in our character. The doctor "admits" this junk food is delicious and that he can feel himself wanting more already after the first meal. We are biologically designed to respond intensely to cleverly, dangerously-designed foods that trick our brains into thinking we've hit the lottery in our sere, primordial savannah homescapes (and therefore we must gorge while the gorging's good). Indeed, we have much to lose to the "lie" processed food tells our brain.

    …are you tired of being miserable yet, Humans? Stop pretending to like this crap food, what they put in the food makes you physically addicted to it, that's the only reason you crave and obsess over it. You don't actually want the food nor care. You have to be strong. Push for organic food, grow it yourself, and LOOK and FEEEL good again.
