- 1/2 cup jaggery, grated

- 1/2 cup fresh coconut, grated
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions
- Gather and prepare the ingredients, ensuring all are ready for use.
- In a pot, combine grated raw mango, tamarind pulp, grated jaggery, and water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Add grated coconut, banana slices, and chopped green chili. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Temper mustard seeds and cumin seeds in a separate pan. Pour over the mixture, season with salt, and stir well. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
Notes
- Best consumed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- If separation occurs after storage, stir well before serving.
