- 8 slices of bacon
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Cook bacon until crispy; set aside.
- In a skillet, sauté mushrooms with butter and garlic until tender. Mix mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, and mushrooms to make the sauce.
- Spread sauce over grilled chicken. Top with shredded cheese and crispy bacon bits.
- Place under broiler for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
