- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 bacon strips
- 4 burger buns

- Lettuce, tomato, pickles for topping
Instructions
- Cook the bacon until crispy. Set aside.
- Form the beef into four patties; season with salt and pepper.
- Grill or pan-fry the patties to your desired doneness.
- Place cheese slices on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
- Toast burger buns lightly.
- Assemble burgers with mayonnaise, mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and bacon.
Notes
For extra flavor, add caramelized onions or pickled jalapenos. Use fresh buns for the best texture.
