Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: dice the beef, and chop the onion, garlic, and bell pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add beef tips and sear until browned.
- Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and sliced bell pepper. Sautรฉ until tender.
- Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, bring to a simmer. Stir in cornstarch slurry to thicken gravy.
