Instructions
- Measure 2 ounces of fresh blanco tequila into a cocktail shaker.
- Add 1 ounce of freshly juiced lime to the shaker.
- Introduce 3/4 oz of simple syrup and optionally add 1/2 oz of egg white. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled glass and garnish with a lime wheel or cherry.
