Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Place chicken breasts on a cutting board. Gently pound thicker parts to an even thickness for uniform cooking and maximum tenderness.
- Marinate the Chicken: Mix olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Rub generously over both sides of the chicken breasts. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

- Rest and Serve: Remove from pan and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice and garnish with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon for added zest.
