Ingredients

  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup of water
  • Ice cubes (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Wash the pineapple guavas and slice them in half. Place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Combine the sliced guavas with granulated sugar in a clean glass jar. Stir well and let sit for about an hour.
  3. In a saucepan, mix the guava-sugar mixture with apple cider vinegar. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
