Instructions
- Mix the rolled oats and brown sugar in a bowl to create the base.
- In a medium saucepan, combine milk and heavy cream, and bring to a simmer.
- Remove from heat, whisk in vanilla, cinnamon, and salt, then add the oat-sugar mixture and fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to instructions, then freeze in a container for at least 4 hours.
