    Hi, new subscriber here. Glad I found your channel. Great ideas, thank you. I don't feel like people, use orzo much…it's my go to for a cheap 1 skillet meal. I always keep Italian sausage and those dollar pounds of frozen spinach on hand…it can really go a long way.

    Pro tip! To keep your cutting board from moving so much, for your size cutting board dampen like 3 paper towels and place underneath. Will prevent it from moving!

    A slightly damp kitchen towel under your cutting board should keep it still. Dangerous to have your cutting board in motion while using a sharp knife.

    I made the sausage Mac and cheese for dinner tonight. Thanks so much for adding the recipe to the description box! The flavor was great, but mine turned out really soupy. I'll have to play around with it a bit and see if the whole wheat rotini absorbs more liquid than the whole wheat penne. Or maybe I just need to reduce the water a little. Thanks so much for sharing. It was really yummy and will definitely be added to our dinner rotation.
