Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries by washing and slicing them, reserving a few for garnish.
- Make the mascarpone cream by combining mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a mixing bowl and beating until smooth, then gently folding in whipped heavy cream.
- Assemble the tiramisu by dipping ladyfingers in coffee, layering them with mascarpone cream and strawberries in a baking dish.
- Chill the assembled dessert for at least 4 hours or overnight, then garnish with reserved strawberries and mint before serving.
Notes
- For a boozy twist, add a tablespoon of strawberry liqueur or rum to the coffee.
- Substitute mascarpone cheese with cream cheese if needed.
- Use strawberry juice or milk for a non-coffee version.
