Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Crumbled graham crackers or digestive biscuits (optional, for topping)
- Fresh strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Add the chopped strawberries into the mixture, reserving some for topping later. Gently mix to distribute the fruit evenly.
- Transfer the mixture into jars or airtight containers. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to let the flavors meld and the oats soften.
- Before serving, top with crumbled graham crackers if desired, fresh strawberries, and whipped cream for the authentic cheesecake experience.
Notes
- Use ripe, fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey or maple syrup.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days in the refrigerator.
- Customize with different berries or toppings like nuts or granola for variety.
