- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced

- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Green onions, sliced, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet with chicken, pour sauce over, and toss to coat evenly.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

- Use gluten-free noodles if needed.
