- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup zucchini, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Gather and wash all fresh ingredients, then chop vegetables and set aside.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to about ¼ inch thick.
- Spread a generous layer of pizza sauce on the dough, leaving a border for the crust.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then layer vegetables starting with zucchini, followed by bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and red onion. Add chopped basil, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
