Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Drizzle with olive oil and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- In the last 2 minutes, add sliced jalapeños on top of the chicken to char lightly.
- Remove and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
