  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; cook chicken until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until tender.
  4. Add orzo and toast for 1-2 minutes, then pour in chicken broth.
  5. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer until orzo is cooked, about 10 minutes.
  6. Return chicken to skillet, mix well, and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
