I use this recipe with vegetarian chicken cut up. (Gardein or Morning Star). Add in a little spicy bean paste and light soy and a touch of vinegar.

That is a nice side dish. To go along with the real food
In Canada we call this chow mein and have a meat/veg option to.With noodles instead of sprouts, low mein. YUM!
