- 1 lb flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the sliced steak in taco seasoning and a tablespoon of olive oil for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated steak for 4-5 minutes until browned.
- Warm the corn tortillas in another skillet or over a flame until soft.
- Assemble tacos by filling warm tortillas with steak, topping with diced tomatoes, avocado, and cilantro, and add lime juice.
