I hit the like for using the 'more garlic '. I would still add 'more '. I have a few 'vintage' cook books that I love from yard sales, thrift stores , 'favorite recipes ' from school, church, community based groups or sources. Word of the wise: don't add raisins!
Great video Looks great.. I love to make Italian sauce too with meatloaf mix= pork, veal, beef with fresh garlic & onions and parsley plus I add naval orange 🍊& sugar and cook for 2 or 3 hours. Really good. Thanks

Other meats can use is > chopped up turkey, pork, chicken, and shrimp. I love them with Spaghetti sauce and Spaghetti noodles Italians, and Mexicans HATE ME ! Cause i mess up there dishes! Into some thing REALLY GOOD ! and there jealous cause they didn't think of it ~ another one can use to replace meatballs is > FRIED ORKA on top its YUMMY
