Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded smoked chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- In a skillet over medium heat, drizzle olive oil and add the blended mixture. Stir frequently until warmed through and bubbling.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese to the heated mixture and stir until the cheese melts completely.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, surround it with crispy tortilla chips, and garnish with chopped green onions or celery sticks.
Notes
