    I’m sure it’s delish if cooked right. I’m the dumb American that didn’t even consider 170-180 wasn’t in Fahrenheit…I thought it was low but who am I to question Gordon Ramsey. Fortunately we had fluffy mashed potatoes and fresh sourdough to fill our bellies because the still super tough short ribs were not cutting it tonight

    No! I eat beef and do NOT eat pork. It's not religious. I just don't want to eat somenthing that is said to be similar to human meat. Your ribs look amazing. I'm okay with the mushrooms. Do you have an alternative to the pancetta?

    Great dish will definitely try it. I went to the butcher and asked for a cheap cut of beef short ribs he cut them and prepared them . He then aske for £20 which I thought was a lot. He laughed at me and said no beef is cheap . Just thought I’d share

    The first time I did these, I turned it to 170 F, forgetting he was referencing Celsius. So, that almost made me cry after 4 hours and at 11pm. After I got it right, this recipe crushes every time!

    Do this in a dutch oven. And it's 350F 170C. You'll need at least 3 hours in a dutch oven.
