- 1 pound sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 6 slices bread, torn into pieces

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread cooked sausage evenly on the bottom of the dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Layer torn bread over the sausage.
- Pour egg mixture over the bread evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese and chopped parsley on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the casserole is puffed and golden brown. Serve warm.
