Instructions
- Gather and prepare all your ingredients.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lay tortilla chips on a baking sheet, drizzle with birria sauce, and add shredded meat.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over nachos and bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with onions, cilantro, and jalapeños before serving hot with guacamole and sour cream.
Notes
- Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
- To reheat, place in an oven at 350°F (175°C) until heated through.
