Instructions
- Rinse the chicken pieces thoroughly and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Mix the dry ingredients well for even flavor distribution.
- Coat each chicken piece thoroughly in the seasoned flour mix.
- Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the chicken pieces for about 10-12 minutes per side or until golden and crispy.
- Remove chicken and let it drain on paper towels.
- Serve the crispy chicken on a platter and garnish with fresh herbs.
Notes
- Let leftovers cool completely before storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For longer storage, freeze the chicken for up to 3 months and reheat in the oven to regain its crunch.
