    If that mixer was a Vitamix type of mixer you could have left all of the blended soup in there to heat it up instead of the stove correct? I have a bunch of peppers and I'm going to make this soup today. Kind of getting sick and tired of the old soups and this one looks delicious and sweet.

    I love your videos. They are visually beautiful and calming I have some red, yellow, and orange peppers in the fridge, so I will definitely try this soup

    I have PTSD and insomnia. When I have trouble sleeping I watch your videos to slow my mind down to help me get back to sleep. Your voice, the music, and the calm manner you present the instructions all help to create calm. I really like when you describe the dish at the end. .
