Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas thoroughly, then pat them dry with a towel.
  2. Toss the dried chickpeas in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and desired seasonings until well coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 400Β°F (200Β°C) for 20-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
