- 1 (15-ounce) can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1β2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional seasonings: paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, or your favorite spice blend
Instructions
- Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas thoroughly, then pat them dry with a towel.
- Toss the dried chickpeas in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and desired seasonings until well coated.
- Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400Β°F (200Β°C) for 20-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before enjoying your roasted chickpeas!
