Instructions
- Gather all the necessary ingredients for your New Orleans bread pudding.
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed stale French bread with whole milk. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon together. Mix into the bread and milk until soaked.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour the soaked mixture into a greased baking dish, drizzle with melted butter, and sprinkle with raisins. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve warm with caramel sauce.
