Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a saucepan over low heat and stir in the sweetened condensed milk until combined.
- Pour the dark chocolate mixture into a greased baking pan, spreading it evenly.
- Fold the crispy rice cereal into the remaining chocolate mixture until well combined.
- Spread the crispy mixture over the cooled chocolate base in the baking pan and refrigerate for about 2 hours to set.
