- 4 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
- 4 cups of water
- 2 cups of brewed black tea (or green tea for a lighter flavor)
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Start by peeling and slicing the ripe peaches. Place the slices in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Brew your favorite black or green tea, then let it cool to room temperature or chill.
- In a large pitcher, combine the cooled tea, peach puree, honey or agave syrup, and lemon juice. Stir well to blend all flavors.
- Add plenty of ice cubes to the pitcher, then stir again. Serve in glasses garnished with fresh mint leaves and extra peach slices if desired. For an adult twist, add a splash of sparkling water or spirits.
