- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- In a small bowl, activate the yeast by combining it with warm water and sugar. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- In a larger mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Create a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Roll out your dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or a lined baking tray.
- Spread a generous amount of marinara sauce over the base, leaving space around the edges.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Add your choice of toppings for color and flavor!
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Carefully place the pizza in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice into wedges, and serve hot.
