Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Slice the beef, cut the broccoli, and whisk together soy sauce and cornstarch. Marinate the beef for 10 minutes.
  2. Sear the beef: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, add the marinated beef, and sear until browned. Set aside.
