- 8 ounces rice noodles or ramen

- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and red pepper flakes; simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet; toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or bok choy for extra nutrition.
- Adjust soy sauce and hoisin sauce to taste for more or less sweetness and saltiness.
