  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and red pepper flakes; simmer for 2 minutes.
