- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in shrimp, cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
- Add asparagus and cook for another 4-5 minutes until tender.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the mixture, season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- You can substitute green beans for asparagus.
- Adjust lemon juice to taste for more zing.
