- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger; cook until fragrant and translucent.
- Add chicken chunks and cook until browned on all sides.
- Stir in tomato sauce, garam masala, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, then stir in heavy cream.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until sauce is thickened and chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot over cooked rice.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken thighs for breasts for extra juiciness.
- Adjust spice levels to your taste.
