Instructions

- Add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar. Cook until fragrant and beef is fully cooked.
- Prepare bowls with cooked rice, then spoon seasoned beef over the rice.
- Garnish with chopped scallions, sesame seeds, and fresh vegetables.
