- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Sauté garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot; cook for 4-5 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil; toss to combine.
- Add cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
- Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute vegetables based on what you have in your fridge.
- Use flank steak or sirloin for best results.
