Instructions
- Begin by selecting a ripe pineapple, ensuring itβs fresh and fragrant. Cut off the top and bottom of the pineapple, then carefully slice down the sides to remove the tough skin. Once peeled, cut the pineapple into quarters, discarding the core, and prepare for juicing.
- Next, slice the pineapple quarters into smaller chunks that are easier to blend.
- Place the pineapple chunks into your blender. If desired, add a squeeze of lemon or lime for flavor enhancement. Blend on high until you achieve a smooth puree.
- To extract the juice, pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a jug. Use a spatula to press down, ensuring you extract the maximum quantity of liquid. Your pure pineapple juice elixir is now ready to be enjoyed!

- Store any leftover pure pineapple juice in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Consume within 2-3 days for maximum freshness.
