Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup protein powder (vanilla or your choice)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup

  2. In a large mixing bowl, blend softened cream cheese and protein powder until smooth. Gradually add Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), eggs, and vanilla extract, blending until creamy.
  3. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan and smooth the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center slightly jiggles.
