- 12 oz fresh mozzarella balls
- 6 slices prosciutto, sliced in half lengthwise
- Fresh basil or oregano leaves (optional)
- Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions
- Cut mozzarella into 24 small balls or use pre-formed mozzarella balls.
- Wrap each mozzarella ball with a half slice of prosciutto, securing with a toothpick if needed.
- Arrange on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes or until prosciutto is crispy and cheese is slightly melted.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before drizzling with balsamic glaze and garnish with herbs.
Notes
- Use fresh mozzarella for best melting texture.
- Feel free to add a basil leaf before wrapping for extra flavor.
- Can be served warm or at room temperature.
