- ½ cup rich tomato sauce
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the dough by adding warm water in a bowl and sprinkling yeast on top. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a larger bowl, mix flour and salt, gradually adding the yeast mixture and olive oil to form dough.
- Allow dough to rise for about 1 hour, then preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and place on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread rich tomato sauce, followed by mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
- Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with basil, slice, and serve warm.
