- 3/4 cup warm water

- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Your favorite toppings (pepperoni, vegetables, etc.)
Instructions
- Activate the yeast by combining warm water, sugar, and yeast; let sit until foamy (5-10 minutes).
- Mix flour, salt, and olive oil in a separate bowl; combine with activated yeast and knead until smooth.
- Cover dough and let it rise in a warm area for about an hour.
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet, spreading pizza sauce and cheese, and add your favorite toppings.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, slice, drizzle with olive oil, garnish with basil, and serve hot.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Freeze slices wrapped in plastic and foil for up to 2 months; reheat in the oven.
