Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the pizza sauce over the dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, layer with pepperoni slices, and top with fresh basil leaves; add oregano and chili flakes if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes, slice into wedges, and serve with a drizzle of olive oil.
