- 4 large russet potatoes

- 1 tsp sea salt
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly; pat dry.
- Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Poke several holes in each potato with a fork for steam to escape.
- Place potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy on the outside and fluffy inside.
- Remove from air fryer, slice open, and top with butter and herbs. Serve warm.
