    Pizza is always seen as unhealthy while it's just bread, tomato and cheese.
    It's easy to make an healthy version of it.
    The biggest struggle tho is the crust.
    The crust/bread is more than half the calories

    Made this using whole spelt flour. Came out pretty decent but definitely would be better with regular wheat flour as whole flours are too heavy. Anyways you may also be able to make this pizza with the same calories using a tortilla as a base. I found special pizza-base tortillas and they revolutionized my pizza game.

    I’m commenting this very late, but I just made this and it came out great! The doughs texture wasn’t quite as nice as yours because I used gluten free flour. Overall this is an amazing recipe. Thank you!💕
