Pizza is always seen as unhealthy while it's just bread, tomato and cheese. It's easy to make an healthy version of it. The biggest struggle tho is the crust. The crust/bread is more than half the calories

Made this using whole spelt flour. Came out pretty decent but definitely would be better with regular wheat flour as whole flours are too heavy. Anyways you may also be able to make this pizza with the same calories using a tortilla as a base. I found special pizza-base tortillas and they revolutionized my pizza game.

Bruh you literally just turned the size down of the pizza.
If You want it with even less calories use Cauliflower Flour ( Basically shredded and blended cauliflower) and its still tastes as goood!
