Instructions

- Push the beef to one side of the skillet. In the empty space, add a bit more olive oil if needed and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant and translucent. Stir in the sliced cabbage, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender and caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.
